THE NAWAZ SHARIF AND PERVEZ MUSHARRAF CONFLICT.(ALSO EXPOSES THE CORRUPTIONS AND LIES OF NAWAZ SHARIF)

The PML(N) government was not removed by Pervez

Musharraf because he was in the air at that time. The

Corp.Commander of Rawalpindi actually ended the PML(N)

government." At the time because of Nawaz Sharif's attacks

on the judiciary of that era where he sent his men to beat

up Justice Syed Sajjad Ali Shah who was honest ,the actions

he  took against  various legal institutions of Pakistan,he

also tried to stop Abdul Qadeer Khan and other scientists in

inventing the atom bomb and the fact that he wasn't

letting the chief of army staff land

in his own country,were very valid reasons for his

removal.Nawaz Sharif was not allowing the plane to

land,which consisted of many civilian passengers (185

passangers approximately) including General Pervez

Musharraf.Nawaz Sharif  was the one who called our army

back when we won the war in Kargil. Nawaz Sharif had

complete knowledge of this operation but he decided to

degrade our army under the pressure from the United

States,these are bare facts. A lot of people claim that it

was during Nawaz Sharif's era that we became a nuclear

power,yes we certainly did. But why are people forgetting

that scientists like Abdus Salam and army generals like

president Ayub Khan had begun these

projects.The Karachi Nuclear Power Plant began its

operations in 1972. The project was inaugurated by

Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Munir Ahmad Khan as PAEC

chairman.

Our Nuclear projects may have been completed during the

Nawaz government but they were not started nor launched

by him,once the projects were started they were

completely under the control of the army.If you do your

research even further you would discover that Mr.Sharif

tried his level best to stop the nueclear developments but

did not have enough authority to do so.Pervez Musharraf

played a major role in the creation of the  National

Security Council,which was highly encouraged and

suggested by General Karamat,who was actually removed

from his position by Nawaz Sharif himself,the reasons were

obvious because anyone that does not follow Nawaz's evil  

and selfish agenda becomes his enemy. This council

would be backed by a "team of civil-military experts"for

devising policies to seek resolution on the ongoing

problems relating the civil-military issues.

After the pressure from the United States on the

Pakistan victory over Kargil,when Pervez Musharraf was

returning from an official visit to Colombo his flight

was denied landing permissions to Karachi International

Airport or anywhere in Pakistan

from the Prime Minister's office.The military got to know

about the announcement that Nawaz Sharif was sacking

Pervez Musharraf,he had plans to appoint Khwaja

Ziauddin.This was the third replacement of a top military

commander of the country in less than two years.This goes

against the laws itself.He was basically so afraid of what he

had done to Musharraf and the army in Kargil,so he decided

to basically risk the lives of 250 passengers and Pervez

Musharraf by hijacking the plane and abusing his powers as

prime minister.Local military commanders began to

mobilize troops towards Islamabad from nearby

Rawalpindi.

The military placed Sharif under house arrest,but in a

last-ditch effort Nawaz Sharif privately ordered Karachi

air traffic controllers to redirect Musharraf's flight to

India,which was low on fuel.It is quiet clear from all of this

that Nawaz Sharif was creating a civilian based dictatorship

and hence he got the correct treatment that he

deserved,for trying to kill the chief of army staff and

committing countless of other illegal proven crimes during

his presidency,some of these crimes have been mentioned

above.

Besides all of this,instead of me telling you what

Nawaz Sharif and his cronies have done during their

days of power,look in to the following points yourself

to learn the truth:

1. Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif and others misused official resources causing a loss to the national exchequer of Rs 620million by developing 1800 acres of land in Raiwind at state expense.
2. Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif are accused of whitening black money during their first tenure (1990-93) and causing a loss of Rs 180 million to the national exchequer by evading income/wealth tax.
3. Nawaz Sharif, Saif-ur-Rehman and others reduced import duty from 325% to 125% on import of luxury cars (BMW), causing a huge loss of Rs1.98 billion to the national exchequer.
4. On the imposition of emergency and freezing of foreign currency accounts, Nawaz Sharif and Saif-ur-Rehman removed 11 billion US dollars from Pakistani Banks illegally. Without the consent of account holders, Foreign Exchange Bearer Certificates (FEBC) accounts were frozen and foreign exchange was misappropriated.
5. Illegal appointments in Pakistan International Airlines (Nawaz Sharif and Saeed Mehdi).
6. Abbotabad land purchase scam (Nawaz Sharif and Sardar Mehtab Abbasi).

THE RESPONSE TO THE POINTS ZAID HAMID GAVE AGAINST PERVEZ MUSHARRAF.

I am not against Zaid Hamid and I respect him but I must say I don't agree with everything that he says. He has given some points against Musharraf that I had posted about on his status and for the record my messages were deleted. 

I will pass my comments in order like he did,which were against Musharraf. 

1."NRO, which imposed upon us this filthy government and democracy with these politicians which are all corrupt and traitors. The same NRO is haunting him now as he sits alone in a Police rest house in Islamabad." 

Ok Musharraf imposed the NRO but why does sir Zaid Hamid forget that the people wanted all the corrupt politicians back in power,why is he forgetting that all the political leaders at that time within the country were called in for a meeting and were asked about what should be done. They all suggested that the NRO should be signed,why doesn't he also mention the fact that even though the NRO was signed the democratic elections took place and PPP had won the elections democratically.So whether the NRO was signed or not the people showed whom they support.Why doesn't he mention the fact that there is still an immense support for Nawaz Sharif and his party,why doesn't he blame the people of Pakistan for supporting such people. Why doesn't he mention the fact that Pervez Musharraf made this move due to the suggestion of other political leaders,who belonged to different parties and had suggested the NRO and the fact that since the people support The Sharif brothers so much,it is a fact that a lot of the people within Pakistan supported the NRO itself. Once the NRO was signed all the political leaders and the corrupt judiciary,who in 2007 allowed the NRO called it unconstitutional in 2009. You should have mentioned that as well,all the political parties were for the NRO.So why is he being blamed for it solely? Why doesn't Mr.Zaid Hamid also mention the fact that the NRO was actually for Benazir Bhutto because this time she was coming out with a clean heart and mind for Pakistan. But when it was signed the Sharif brothers took advantage of it. So why is he blaming Musharraf for that,blame all those people within the nation that still support the PPP and the PML(N) party,why Musharraf only! 

2."He allowed this media without any controls. This totally anarchic media which are by foreign funded NGOs working on hostile agenda to destabilize Pakistan. Now the same media is skinning him alive. His own doing again."

A free media is every prospering country's dream and Pervez Musharraf delivered that. Is it his fault that a lot of the people involved in the media are corrupt?If you start a company and your workers are doing some illegal things,are you at fault?!Absolutely not! What will you do?You will take action against them,GEO had an anti-Pakistan agenda and Pervez Musharraf did take action against them but then he was criticised for that action by the people of Pakistan,why don't you mention that sir Zaid Hamid. Why have we forgotten all these thing.The media should be free but it is the media's responsibility to give the news in a fair manner,thanks to Pervez Musharraf even you have a platform to speak and give your analysis on political matters. 

3."Giving strength to MQM, which had almost died in 90s. Now they are a huge monster which is haunting Pakistan today."

Mr.Zaid Hamid sir,once again you are forgetting many things. No matter what you have said,the fact is that during the Musharraf era MQM did a lot of great work and projects for Karachi. Honest people like Mustafa Kamal were brought up to give their excellent services to the city of Karachi. I am NOT and I repeat I am NOT an MQM supporter nor a member,I am giving you the facts only. 

4."Allowing CIA to create TTP, offering Pakistan land to NATO unconditionally, allowing the CIA to use the route for weapons for terrorists and separatist groups like TTP, BLA and MQM. Thousands of “Ramond Davis” were allowed into Pakistan to wreck havoc with Pakistan’s security."

This is the biggest misconception sir. You are saying that Pervez Musharraf basically created a terrorist organisation that is after his own head today? You are basically claiming that the man who fought against terrorism on the forefront, whom "YOU" "YOURSELF" call a true patriot would allow the creation of TTP and would allow the CIA on our land?!That goes against being a patriot and makes your statement extremely weak. Pervez Musharraf has always stood against injustice and this comment absolutely does not make sense. You also say that folks like Ramond Davis were allowed by Pervez Musharraf,so then why is it that such people started coming in during the time when the democratically elected PPP came in to power and Hussain Haqqani had aided folks like Ramond Davis to come inside the soil of Pakistan. Again sir,you are saying a Muslim should speak the truth so I am speaking the truth. 

5. Destroying Pakistan’s ideology, Islamic values and moderation and bringing in highest western liberal secularism in the name of Enlightened Moderation. This is one of the greatest damage done. Our values and faith has taken a serious hit in this period.

"Islam is within a person it talks about moderation. How did Pervez Musharraf bring in the western secular ideology. Ideologies are made by the people of the country,some people are extremist,some are truly religious and moderate and some are secularists. So again question your people as to why they chose secularism over religion,faith and moderation. These things are from person to person,I remember Muhammad Ali Jinnah saying this "You are free; you are free to go to your temples. You are free to go to your mosques or to any other places of worship in this State of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion, caste or creed—that has nothing to do with the business of the State.” Again sir have you forgotten what Muhammad Ali Jinnah had said,you are blaming Pervez Musharraf for following that same ideology?I think you should have a more fair perspective. 

6.You also claim that Pervez Musharraf is weak in his deen,who are you to judge him.I know you have good knowledge about your deen,then how did you forget such an important thing,that one should not judge. It has been clearly said in our religion that Allah judges the people,no person is allowed to judge anyone. On top of that if he was weak in his deen then why did he do Umrah several times before coming to Pakistan? It is clear he had the faith in his Allah and I also sent you a video about what the great Nazim Kibrisi had said about Pervez Musharraf.But you did not take that in to consideration. "Your own CONSTITUTION provides IMMUNITY to any 


President against a criminal case proceeding,for the actions 

he took during his presidency. In 2007 Musharraf was the 

elected President.So he can not be prosecuted under any 

criminal law of your country(Pakistan).According to your own 

constitution,even if he ordered an emergency,or detention of 

any judge or citizen of Pakistan,or ordered any person to be 

removed from your country, or arrested someone and so on. 

These are the powers given to any president of a 

Commonwealth country by the constitution of that country.

Even if Musharaff had killed any one with his own hands 

during his presidency,which he didn't he would be immune 

from any criminal case arising out of that action,If he was 

the President of your country when he carried out that act. 

THATS WHAT YOUR CONSTITUTION SAYS.

So taking up cases for the actions that Musharraf 

committed during his presidency(he was elected via the 

referendum- no matter how u consider that election-he was 

still legally an elected President of your country and enjoyed 

the immunity given to any president against initiating any 

criminal case out of his actions that he executed while he 

was President).

He can be prosecuted for criminal cases if they were 

committed while he was not a President.But when he 

became your President,no Criminal case can be initiated for 

any of his actions,thats the law.

Only the illiterate judiciary can miss this very valid and potent

Point."

P.S:The funny thing is how the judges totally avoid the 1999

emergency,

because that emergency was placed by the army with the

aid of an army officer

in Rawal Pindi,while Musharraf was still in the air on the

civilian PIA flight. Fact

of the matter is your judiciary allowed the army takeover in

the first place.

"Article 62,63 has now been effectively destroyed by the 

Judiciary. The entire election process is in the hands of 

judiciary. They cannot blame the government or the army 

now. Every traitor, enemy, criminal, murderer, 

corrupt,adulterer, drunkard and smuggler has now been 

cleared to take part in the elections. 

Violation of Constitution is called treason. If Musharraf can 

be tried for so called "violating the Constitution", then surely 

judges can also be tried for treason and violating article 

62,63.

We reject this scrutiny. we reject this election process. We 

reject this judicial process. We will hold all those responsible 

for this treason to account. Inshallah,this is the real

Exactly! We ask the same question! Where

were you Mr.Chief Justice when Ramond Davis had killed

three innocent Pakistanis in Lahore.

Where were you when Nawaz Sharif

was continuing his entire corrupt

agenda. One of the major cases on Nawaz Sharif during his presidency was that he ordered a physical assault on the honest Justice Sajjad Ali Shah. He was an honest Chief 

justice,unlike you Iftikhar Chaudhry! 

but you never took action against that matter. You should 

be sending 

Nawaz Sharif to court for making an 

attempt to murder the Chief of Army Staff along with with 

285 passengers on the PIA 

airlines that Pervez Musharraf was traveling on,from his trip 

back to Pakistan from Sri-

Lanka. Nawaz Sharif had ordered that the plane should not 

land anywhere in Pakistan and 

he had said that he was not

concerned with the passengers or the airline.He even 

requested that the pilot should land 

the plane in India and Pervez Musharraf said "Over my dead 

body". 

You should charge Nawaz Sharif for putting a stain on the 

army.Because of Nawaz Sharif our army 

victory in Kargil turned in to a Political failure. Mr.Sharif 

should be tried for selling out,just 

for a certain sum of money and the threat that he got 

from the west.

The money was  given to him by India,which caused Nawaz 

Sharif to call the army back 

after a successful mission. 

The mission was so successful that even General VK Singh 

of 

India,who was leading the 

Indian army back then commended Pervez Musharraf for his 

bravery and courage. 

Why hasn't Raja Pervaiz Ashraf been asked to come in to the court for his proven crimes,that he is guilty of? You have given him a free pass to take part in the elections.My question to you is are you even eligible to be the Cheif Justice of Pakistan?! Quiet frankly from the looks of it you have given all those 3rd division lawyers and law students,that are weak in their academics a new title. The title is  simply known as the"CHEAP JUSTICE".

This is a well co-ordinated attack on Pervez Musharraf,in other words it is "Judicial Terrorism". The interpol was sent a request to arrest the ex-President based on the same cases that Pervez Musharraf is being tried for by the judiciary,the arrest warrant was sent when Pervez Musharraf was in Dubai. The interpol after looking in to the cases called them fake and weak,and rejected the judiciary's request. For those of you who don't know,the interpol is the "International Police". Pervez Musharraf requested a panel of 15 judges to hear his case,the judiciary is offering only three judges,two of the three judges are the ones mentioned in this article. Are you seeing the game here people? 

This is "Judicial Terrorism" right in your face,they all have a personal vendetta against Pervez Musharraf. 

What democracy is this where Pervez Musharraf is only 

allotted 2 rooms in his own farm house which is the sub jail. 

What democracy is this where he isn't allowed to meet his 

own family,what democracy is this where his internet 

connection and phone connection has been cut,what 

democracy is this where he isn't even allowed to meet his 

own lawyer. A person can meet his lawyer in every court and 

every part of the world for his legal dialogue. 

The fact is that anyone that isn't proven guilty is simply 

not guilty. So why is Pervez Musharraf being treated like a 

highly dangerous criminal?!  

 When AQ Khan was on house arrest,he was arrested for all 

the right reasons because he was giving out our nuclear 

plans to different countries.His arrest was aided with a ton 

of security,he was allowed to roam around his entire 

house,he was allowed to go anywhere  outside as well with 

a massive protocol provided by Pervez Musharraf,even 

though AQ Khan was guilty of selling the plans and 

there were certain countries and agents that were after his 

blood. 

I guess Pervez Musharraf is only being treated this way for 

being extremely fair to the people of Pakistan,for loving and 

developing his country and for always being honest. In 

history this injustice will be remembered and many people 

will be discouraged from honesty, discipline and bravery that 

Pervez Musharraf has presented throughout his career. 

Today he still displays the best 

manners,patience,dignity,honesty and humility. Shame on 

our people for not recognising a true leader and shame on 

all of our institutions and other political parties that have 

displayed true terrorism and injustice.

These are your lawyers,who are suppose to be the most educated and civil class

in the society.Every action has an equal and opposite reaction and today the APML

members reacted. 

It is quiet evident that when you connect everything together,you will realise that this is a well co-ordinated attack on our Army and their ex-Cheif Of Army Staff. They are doing all this to prevent Pervez Musharraf from taking part in the elections,because they know that he still has a lot of support.They are doing all of this so that there is anarchy in the country,which would then force the army to come in once again to save the state.They are doing all this so that our borders weaken as whenever there is an emergency declared our army acts as the government and therefore the borders are weakened.
